Why Workplace Health and Safety is Important

Here at Navitas we have a set of policies and plans to create a safer place to protect our co-workers, clients’ and visitors’ well-being. We constantly review our places to make sure that the hazards and risks are fully recognized and eliminated or reduced as much as possible. Also, we make sure that every co-worker is treated fairly by others at work. And we make sure that in case of a workplace bulling there are sufficient guidelines and help for the victim to protect their well-being. If you work at Navitas or you are one of our clients or visitors, and you feel that you are the victim of an unfair act or behavior. Please make sure to talk to us about it.
