Why Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) should be considered so importantly?

Here at Navitas we have a set of policies and plans to create a safer place to protect our co-workers, clients’ and visitors’ well-being. We constantly review our places to make sure that the hazards and risks are fully recognized and eliminated or reduced as much as possible.

Also, we make sure that every co-worker is treated fairly by others at work. And we make sure that in case of a workplace bulling there are sufficient guidelines and help for the victim to protect their well-being. If you work at Navitas or you are one of our clients or visitors, and you feel that you are the victim of an unfair act or behavior. Please make sure to talk to us about it.

We do our best to eliminate the negative impacts of that behavior from your work environment so you can feel and happy at work once again.  We Also have plans for safety in case of fire, in the case of fire you will be asked to follow the plan to evacuate the building and go to safe ares until the situation is controlled or until authorized people come to you and ask you for the second step that you should take. Please make sure to follow the plans and policies at all time so you will guarantee yours and others' safety and well-being.

There are also fire-extinguishers that you can use to put the fire out if it is a small fire in your room and you are authorized by the workplace health and safety committee to use the fire extinguisher. Otherwise, please evacuate the building following the plan.  If you see any hazards at our places, please call our workplace committee members or officer. They will make sure that the risks are controlled.
